Very wary of commercial cures post Covid.

Looks like a big market$.

I have a bone spur in my left shoulder.

Dead hanging helps with yoga breathing.

Thanks Doc... I had this years ago. I eventually managed to get a GP appointment (in the UK - madness trying to get seen in the NHS!!!) to get referred to a physio. He sent me to get x-rayed and 'confirmed' that I had shoulder impingement. Thankfully the cash strapped NHS are not quick to send for surgery - Hahaha. I trained at the gym regularly - and he told me that I should keep to exercises that didn't cause discomfort - and that I wouldn't be able to do lateral raises!

Funnily enough lat raise was one of my regular exercises that I was able to do pretty well.

It seemed to ease off over time and after about 2 years it occurred to me that there was no pain anymore. I'm not sure if this was about the time I found Dr Jason Fung and the intermittent fasting and Keto stuff...

I have watched some videos from Vanja on 'Moves Method' YT channel and have incorporated Asian squat and dead dead hangs into my workout regimen (chinning bar is outside - so her in Canada that doesn't happen in the winter haha)

Thanks for all the info you are sharing - very interesting.
